Kian Sisk-Harrop is a Trainee Solicitor at Express, working in our Employer’s Liability department. With pursuits spanning a legal profession, military service and a love for sport, Kian graduated from Nottingham Trent Law School in 2025, developing a strong foundation in legal principles and a keen interest in real-world applications of the law. Now working in EL, his ambition and attention to detail supports clients in resolving complex issues with clarity and confidence.
Alongside his legal career, he serves in the British Army Reserves as a member of the Infantry. This reflects his commitment to discipline, teamwork and public duty, qualities that enhance his professional life. This balance demonstrates his ability to adapt, lead and perform under pressure.
Outside of work, Kian is a passionate sports enthusiast. Enjoying rugby, football and American football, valuing competitive spirit and camaraderie.
