Louise Burns-Lunt is a Chartered Accountant and is a Partner of Finance and Brand Development.

Louise joined Express Solicitors in May 2026 following the acquisition of Sorrymate.com, and has been instrumental in building the motorcycle accident brand and championing the cause of injured bikers and the biking community.

Louise qualified in Liverpool in 1993 and sat on the Law Society Special Interest Group for solicitors, rising to newsletter editor.

As a Finance Director in a North West based law practice, Louise became the first non-lawyer Equity Partner, and also the first female Chartered Accountant in the country to be listed as an Equity Partner in an ABS, an accolade of which she is very proud.

Her career has seen her acting as Finance Director, Equity Partner and Director across a number of large law practices in the region, giving her a solid background in law firm finance, acquisitions and practice management.

Louise is a keen biker, which has been instrumental in the growth of the Sorrymate brand, and has a keen interest in charities, supporting them and run by them. She currently volunteers with Merseyside and Cheshire Blood Bikes as a rider and controller, as well as a Committee Member and Corporate Fundraiser.

Louise also volunteers for the Make Your Mark charity which champions the mental health of bikers and Sorrymate are keen sponsors of the Bike and Brew Passport which is growing from strength to strength.

Louise enjoys getting fully immersed in the biking community and can regularly be found on ride-outs and bike nights across the region.

She is currently training to be an advanced motorcycle rider, so who knows what is next… BSB? TT?
