Lucy Shaw is a Trainee Costs Draftsperson in the Costs Department. Lucy graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in law and joined Express Solicitors in June 2023.
Lucy’s role specialises in preparing formal bills for personal injury and clinical negligence cases. When asked what Lucy enjoys most about the role, Lucy answered: “I particularly enjoy working on the wide range of cases here at Express Solicitors. No two cases are the same, and each requires a different and dynamic approach when preparing a formal bill, which keeps the role interesting. I work within a great team in the Costs department, and can always rely on colleagues for professional support.”
