Luke Ettenfield-Nann is Director of M&A at Express Solicitors, leading the firm’s acquisition activity and working closely with the Board and senior leadership team to support the continued growth of the business.
A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in mid-market M&A, Luke has built his career across corporate finance, professional services and in-house M&A roles. He has advised business owners, management teams and investors on acquisitions, disposals and strategic growth opportunities, developing a broad understanding of the financial, commercial and operational considerations that underpin successful transactions.
At Express Solicitors, Luke is responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, working with potential targets and advisers to progress transactions from initial assessment through to completion. He works closely with colleagues across the business to ensure acquisitions align with the firm’s strategic objectives and support its long-term ambitions.
Luke combines an advisory background with hands-on corporate development experience, bringing a commercial and analytical approach to assessing opportunities and creating value through acquisitions. Having worked with both buyers and sellers, he understands the importance of building strong relationships and ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the transaction process.
Luke is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS), a Chartered Manager (CMI), and holds a Master of Law (MLaw) from Northumbria University and a First-Class honours degree in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Luke is passionate about helping Express Solicitors identify opportunities for growth and continuing to build on the success of the firm.
