Maksymilian graduated from the University of Hull in 2025 with a 2:1 in LLB Law. Maksymilian joined the June 2025 Express Solicitors Graduate Scheme and joined the Road Traffic Accidents department in August, working alongside Zoe Hewitt in Collette McCann’s sub-team, with a focus on MOJ Portal cases involving vulnerable road users. Maksymilian has since begun training and studying for the SQE through Express Solicitors, gaining valuable practical and theoretical skills simultaneously.

Maksymilian finds satisfaction in helping clients through the unfamiliar processes that negotiation and litigation can sometimes be. His highest priorities are to ensure that clients are kept up-to-date with developments in their claims, and building strong relationships with each client by listening to their concerns and developing an understanding of how their injuries have affected them.

In his spare time, Maksymilian enjoys going to the gym and writing fiction.
