Mark is a Senior Litigation Executive with over 25 years experience. He has represented people who have been involved in all types of accidents and who have sustained injury from whiplash to the most significant and life changing accidents. He has represented numerous families where the accident has caused a fatality, including representing a family at a coroner’s inquest.
Mark joined Express Solicitors in 2022 and is a member of the highly experienced road traffic accident team.
He has a particular interest in the more complicated accidents with complex liability issues. Mark gains considerable satisfaction in assisting an injured person through to the successful conclusion of their claim, whether that is through negotiation or taking the matter to trial.
