Michael Poole is a Trainee Solicitor in the Occupiers’ Liability team at Express Solicitors. He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2025. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in Equality Law in the UK and wrote his dissertation on LGBT inequality in the UK. This depth of knowledge spurred on his ambition to help people which aligns well with the values we hold here at Express Solicitors.
Michael has gained valuable experience handling a variety of personal injury claims, developing practical skills in client care, case preparation and understanding the complexities of personal injury litigation. He now applies this knowledge within the Occupiers’ Liability team, working to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Michael is passionate about delivering clear, empathetic advice and ensuring fairness and the best possible outcomes for our clients. His background in equality law gives him a unique perspective on the challenges clients face. Outside of work, he enjoys going out and spending time with his friends and family.
