Mo is a Pupil (Non-Practising) in the Advocacy Team. He graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018 and completed the Bar Practice Course in 2022, having obtained the grade of ‘Very Competent’ for this course.
He began his legal career as an Employment Tribunal Advocate in London, passionately representing Spanish-speaking cleaners for a leading Trade Union. His dedication to advocacy soon led him to become a County Court Advocate, where he gained extensive courtroom experience before transitioning into a successful career as a self-employed legal consultant.
Mo has appeared in more than 400 hearings, ranging from interlocutory applications and small claims trials to a permission to appeal before a Circuit Judge. In addition to his strong advocacy background, Mo brings drafting expertise, having prepared pleadings, opinions, and detailed legal advice for a wide variety of clients.
Driven by the pace and challenge of pupillage, he takes pride in making a meaningful impact on his clients’ cases. His strategic insight and practical approach ensure that each matter is handled with precision and professionalism.
