Mollie graduated from the University of Law with a Masters degree in Law and LPC in September 2024. She started working at Express Solicitors in the Employer’s Liability department in September 2024 as a Litigation Assistant before becoming a Trainee Solicitor.

Mollie works alongside Alexander Langston, a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability department and has assisted in a range of Employer’s Liability claims which has allowed her to gain valuable experience.

As of September 2025, Mollie began her Training Contract with express and aims to qualify as a Solicitor by 2027.
