Olivia Holder is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employers’ Liability department at Express Solicitors. She began her career with the firm in January 2025 and quickly progressed to a training contract. Olivia holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Durham University and is currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination part-time, alongside her employment. She is due to qualify as a Solicitor in 2028.
Working under the supervision of Associate Chartered Legal Executive, Debbie Roberts, Olivia assists with a wide range of claimant personal injury cases, supporting individuals who have suffered accidents in the workplace. She is committed to providing clear, empathetic guidance and is developing her expertise in handling complex liability issues. Her client-focused approach reflects her dedication to securing justice for injured employees.
Alongside her legal work, Olivia is an active member of the firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion network, demonstrating her commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive culture in the workplace.
Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys Pilates and is a former competitive all-star cheerleader. As a lifelong Sunderland supporter, she values the sense of community and resilience that comes with following the club.
