Rachael Mellor is a Trainee Solicitor in the Occupier’s and Public Liability department at Express Solicitors. Rachael graduated the University of Liverpool with their LLB in 2022 and joined the department the same year.
Rachael strives to make the process of bringing a claim as straight forward as possible, whilst putting Clients at ease and receives feedback on their compassion and personability. Rachael believes that it is easy for Clients to anticipate the process to be scary and like how they see on TV, however, this is not the case and considers that the best way to obtain the best result is for collaboration between all parties.
Through success with their cases, Rachael has gained experience in accidents such as trips, slips, defective premises, cosmetic cases and even cases relating to accidents at work and on the roads.
