As a Trainee Solicitor specialising in Employer’s Liability, Sadia embarked on her legal journey as a Law student at the University of Manchester. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws degree, she commenced her professional career as a Litigation Assistant at Express Solicitors, under the mentorship of an Associate Solicitor specialising in Employers Liability. After a year of dedicated service, Sadia earned a well-deserved promotion to the role of Trainee Solicitor and has since been actively pursuing her studies for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Her experience as a Litigation Assistant provided Sadia with invaluable exposure to a diverse array of cases, including both fast-track and multi-track claims. Through these experiences, she developed a keen understanding of the importance of placing the client’s individual experience, comprehension, emotions, and personality at the forefront of every claim she handles.
Assisting an Associate Solicitor has allowed Sadia to further refine her legal acumen and gain the confidence to manage her own caseload, thereby enhancing her legal expertise. Sadia’s journey from a Law student to a Trainee Solicitor underscores her unwavering dedication to continuous learning and growth within the realm of Employer’s Liability law.
