Samuel Morris is a Trainee Solicitor working in the Employers’ Liability department assisting Nick Cowley an Associate Solicitor, on a variety of intermediate and high value claims. He is dedicated to supporting clients throughout the legal process, ensuring they feel informed and reassured whilst their matter progresses.

Samuel graduated with an LLB in Law from Liverpool John Moores University in July 2025. He began his journey at Express Solicitors as a Litigation Assistant in April 2025, where he gained hands-on experience assisting clients with their claims. His commitment and professionalism has led to quick progression within the company, Samuel is now a Trainee Solicitor at Express and has since started the SQE Degree Apprenticeship in September 2025.

When asked about his role, Sam said: “I value the opportunity to work in personal injury law as it allows me to make a tangible difference for clients who often feel vulnerable or uncertain. I find it rewarding to combine legal expertise with genuine client care. I take pride in ensuring that clients not only feel supported throughout their case but also confident that every step is taken to secure the best possible outcome.”
