Sam Jennison is a Litigation Executive at Express Solicitors within the Occupiers’ Liability Department. Sam graduated with a First Class Law degree in 2023 and has recently completed her Master’s Degree in Law.
Sam has assisted two Partners within the firm on a wide range of complex multi-track claims and fast-track claims, including Occupiers’ Liability, Public Liability, Employers’ Liability and Road Traffic Accident matters. In this role, she gained extensive experience across all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action investigations through to trial preparation.
Sam now manages her own caseload, handling a variety of personal injury claims. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and continues to develop her expertise in litigation, legal strategy and client care.
