Sam is a Litigation Executive specialising in Employer’s Liability claims. He joined Express Solicitors in 2024, having obtained his LLB and LLM from the University of Sheffield, developing a keen interest in civil litigation in the process.
Sam works closely with individuals who have been injured at work, guiding them through each step of the claims process with clarity, patience, and genuine care. He takes pride in making complex legal issues easy to understand and is committed to achieving the best outcome for every client he represents.
Outside of work Sam enjoys long-distance running and taking long walks in the peak district.
