Sarah Megarry is a Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability Claims Department at Express Solicitors. She joined the firm in March 2023.
Sarah graduated with a Law degree at the University of Manchester and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2009 and has previously worked in several personal injury firms in Manchester, dealing with employer’s liability claims in addition to road traffic accident, occupiers liability, public liability and criminal injury claims. She has considerable experience of both fast track and multi-track claims.
Sarah has worked exclusively for claimants throughout her career as she has always strongly believed that people who have been injured through the negligence of someone else should not be left with the losses to bear themselves. Her career highlight to date has been securing a six-figure sum for an injured fireman who was unable to work again.
Originally from Belfast, Sarah lives in South Manchester with her husband and bulldog and in her spare time enjoys playing bass guitar, teaching her Irish class, learning different languages and flying lessons when the weather allows it.
