Talia Mistry is a Litigation Executive in the Employer’s Liability department, having joined the firm as a Paralegal through the Graduate Scheme in July 2024. Talia graduated from the University of Leeds in July 2023 with an LLB Undergraduate degree. Shortly after joining department, Talia started the LPC in September 2024 which she continues to study part-time 2 evenings per week alongside full-time work. Talia is due to start her training contract in April 2026 and complete her LPC and LLM at the University of Law in June 2026.
Talia has gained a lot of experience since joining Express and has developed a strong understanding of the civil litigation process from pre-action to post-issue. Client care is Talia’s greatest priority and she focuses on building a strong rapport with clients to ensure that they are well informed throughout the claims process. Talia is committed to achieving the best outcome for every client.
Outside of work, Talia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on long walks with her dog.
