Tanya joined Express Solicitors in 2016 as an ICT Trainer, bringing a background in IT and education, alongside experience teaching Computer Science and Media Studies.
With over 20 years’ experience across IT, teaching, systems training and digital learning, Tanya combines a strong technical background with a passion for helping people learn and develop. She holds a Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning & Development and has spent more than a decade designing, implementing and delivering training within a fast-paced legal environment.
Today, as Partner, Digital Learning, Tanya leads the firm’s Digital Learning team, overseeing systems training, learning technologies, digital learning content and the adoption of new technologies. She is particularly passionate about creating engaging, practical learning experiences that help colleagues build confidence, improve performance and get the most from the tools and systems they use every day.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Tanya says:
“I love working with colleagues across every part of the business and helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Learning should make people’s jobs easier, not more complicated. Whether it’s introducing new technology, creating digital learning content or improving systems training, it’s incredibly rewarding to see learning make a real difference to both individuals and the business.”
