Tinashe Taderera is a Litigation Executive in the Occupiers and Public Liability department. Tinashe graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2024 with a BSc in Medical Genetics. Tinashe then completed his LLM Law conversion from University of Brighton in 2026 before joining the team at Express Solicitors.
When asked what he thinks is the most important part of the job, Tinashe answered: “It is important to remember that every client is a unique individual with their own experiences, personalities and levels of understanding. The litigation process can be confusing and intimating for those unfamiliar with it, and I always try to bear this in mind every time I make or answer a telephone call or draft a letter. I try to make sure that clients fully understand what is happening with their claims, what the next stage is going to be, and what needs to be done to get there”
