Toheed is a Trainee Solicitor working within the Occupiers’ Liability team, assisting on a range of claims arising from accidents on commercial and private premises. He supports fee earners with the progression of matters, including carrying out legal research, preparing documents, reviewing evidence, and liaising with clients and insurers to help ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

He completed his legal studies at the University of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation and client care. Toheed is committed to developing legal knowledge and practical skills while providing reliable support to colleagues and maintaining a professional and approachable manner when working with clients.
