Waqar graduated from Salford University with an LLB Law Degree and since joining Express Solicitors in 2025, has developed his knowledge of the road traffic accident litigation process gaining valuable experience assisting on high value claims under Partner Collette McCann.
Waqar has attended court on numerous occasions, to better his understanding of how the claim process comes together and is presented in court. He has assisted counsel in speaking to clients and prepping them for trial, keeping them calm and explaining to them what the process is.
Waqar prioritises keeping clients up to date at all stages of the claim process as it can become quite confusing, ensuring that they have a sound understanding of what is going on. He further emphasises on maintaining a great relationship with each client as each claim is individualistic, ensuring that they feel heard and that he is there to listen to their queries and put them at ease. Waqar understands it is vital to build that trust with clients as it is serious dealing with these types of matters.
Waqar enjoys keeping himself active in his spare time, going to the gym regularly and playing football with friends.
