Will joined Express Solicitors’ New Client Team as an Enquiries Assistant in March 2021 having transitioned from a career in hospitality. His keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellent customer service led to rapid progression, firstly to Senior Enquiries Assistant in September 2022, then to New Client Team Specialist in June 2023.
With a background in performing arts and a 1st Class Hons degree earned in 2016 from Salford University, Will brings strong communication skills and an inventive approach to problem-solving.
By April 2024, he stepped into the role of New Client Team Coordinator Manager, championing growth within his team and setting high standards in client service with his continuous drive for improvement.
