Zain Javed is a Trainee Solicitor working in the Employer’s Liability department assisting Principal Partner Robert Weeden, on high value multi-track injury caseloads.
Zain graduated from Aston University in 2019 with a LLB Law Degree, Zain began working at Express in June 2020 at the beginning of the global pandemic and had to adapt to learning the business and law remotely.
As of September 2022, Zain has now started the SQE Degree Apprenticeship with Express with the aim to qualify as a Solicitor by 2025.
Zain has gained a lot of experience over the years at Express, dealing with a lot of serious and sometimes catastrophic injuries, working in personal injury can be very difficult and intense, but Zain has found it quite rewarding when achieving a good result for the Clients.
It is important for Zain to uphold Express’ Service Pledge throughout his work and ensure all of the clients get the best results possible, and this is achieved by a lot of hard work and effort on all cases, no matter the circumstances.
