Over the course of the past few weeks, Express has been bringing a little bit of joy to two south Manchester schools, providing donations to their winter raffles.
Seetal Sagar-Jhanji, a partner in our Employers’ Liability department, is a member of the South Manchester school St Bede’s College’s Parents and Friends Association. She said: “Express Solicitors kindly gifted a hamper full of lovely treats for the raffle which raised a phenomenal £7,500 in just a few hours.
“The funds raised go directly towards supporting the children and enhancing their school experience.”
Another local school, Thorn Grove Primary School, received a hamper for its winter fair. Robin Dee, a member of the Parent Teacher Association at Thorn Grove said: “The hamper was a huge success and helped us raise vital funds to upgrade essential equipment that supports our young people’s education. The lucky winner was absolutely over the moon with their prize.
“We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and support shown by Express Solicitors.”
