What is the time limit to make an industrial disease claim?

Who will pay the compensation?
You may be worried about making a claim against your employer, but it’s important to note that it is not your employer who pays the claim. Rather, the payment comes out of your employer’s liability insurance, so it will not impact the business if it is still trading.
