EDI Employability Month

At Express Solicitors we are passionate about ensuring equal opportunities for all junior lawyers. This programme has been created to provide advice on how to make positive first steps in your legal career.

In 2026, our employability month will take place throughout February with events on each Wednesday. We will be focusing on assisting those from a lower socio-economic background and will include group seminars and individual practice sessions and feedback. The best performer will receive a spot on our summer Vacation Scheme in 2026.

We are working in partnership with local universities, to identify those who will benefit most from this scheme.
