Chloe Turner is a Trainee Solicitor in the Road Traffic Accident department. She graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2023 with a First Class Honours degree in law. After gaining experience in conveyancing, she joined Express Solicitors and is currently undertaking her SQE studies alongside her role, continuing to develop her expertise in personal injury and road traffic accident claims.
Chloe enjoys the variety her role offers, as no two cases are ever the same. Her day-to-day work includes reviewing medical evidence, speaking with clients, liaising with insurers and progressing claims towards settlement or litigation. She values working in a supportive and driven team and appreciates the fast-paced nature of the department, which allows her to continuously develop her practical skills.
She is always mindful that clients involved in road traffic accidents have often experienced distressing events. Chloe prioritises clear and empathetic communication, ensuring clients understand the progress of their claim, the next steps, and what is required to move matters forward, so they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
