Luke Ettenfield‑Nann has been appointed as our new Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, strengthening strategic growth capabilities during a period of significant expansion for Express Solicitors.
Luke joins with more than seven years’ experience advising on mid‑market M&A transactions across Telecoms, IT and SaaS. His background spans both advisory and in‑house M&A, combining end‑to‑end sell‑side execution with buy‑side strategic analysis, valuation and integration planning.
