Man claims £115,000 for an accident at work after other firms turn him down

A question of liability and a case to intimidating for others

David saw that his situation was deeply unfair. Because of factors outside of his control, he was unable to work and had sustained life altering injuries. Despite this, his case proved a bit too hot to handle for other firms,

“I approached two law firms, one of them a highly respected personal injury lawyers. Both of them said I didn’t have a case so I just left it.”

The sticking point for a case like this was proving liability for the accident. As the failed handbrake was in a vehicle being recovered and not that of David’s employer, it wasn’t a simple case of proving blame for the accident lay with them. David was almost willing to accept his lot in the situation and move on when he had a lucky brush with us.
