Personal Injury Fee Earners

Express Solicitors are currently looking to hire a number of experienced personal injury fee earners who are specialists in the area of employer’s liability (EL) and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA.) The roles are to work in one or other of these areas.

We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years’ experience (non-qualified or qualified.) We would also consider Newly Qualified Solicitors, who have done majority of their training contracts in personal injury. Applicants must have demonstrable experience of running their own litigated caseload. We would also expect candidates to have a proven billing track record. You must also have experiences of dealing with portal and non-portal cases.

Six of our Partners are members of the Law Society Specialist Personal Injury Panel and one of our Partners is a member of the Law Society Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience running own litigated caseload
  • Excellent billing track record
  • Ideally knowledge of Proclaim case management system

What can we offer you?

  • Salary & Commission – £24,000 to £30,000, depending on experience, with a generous commission structure paid monthly
  • Private Healthcare after two years’ service.
  • Holiday Entitlement 20 days (plus 3 days in between Christmas and New Year) and rising by one day every year for the first 3 years.
