Senior RTA Fee Earner

Six of our Partners are members of the Law Society Specialist Personal Injury Panel and one of our Partners is a member of the Law Society Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.

We are currently looking to hire an experienced and senior person to handle a caseload as well as management responsibilities.  Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, we envisage the candidate will help to develop systems and procedures within the department.

Salary & Commission – we offer a great starting salary DOE, with a generous realistic commission structure, details can be discussed at interview.

Definite progression – we are taking more work and there is scope for this position to grow.

Caseload.  This will be fast track with some multi-track. You will be responsible for the clients in your caseload from when the case exits the portal to the conclusion of the case for RTA matters.

Excellent training – in addition to three appraisals per year, we provide all of our members of staff with personalised training and development plans.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in being a leading player within a personal injury department.
  • Analytical skills with an eye for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim is a distinct advantage
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • Management skills and expertise
  • Track record of billing history for the last 3 years
  • Own car user
  • Senior Member of the RTA Department who will contribute to the efficiency and culture of the department.
  • 5 years plus PQE or relevant experience

23 days per year rising to 26 days per year (3 of these to be taken over Christmas and New Year).
