Gabriela Rybicka is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Occupiers and Public Liability department at Express Solicitors, having joined the firm in November 2019.

Gabriela also has experience in all types of personal injury claims including Road Traffic accident, Employers liability and Criminal Compensation Injuries. Gabriela emphasis, “I believe that my experience in having dealt with all types of claims gives me a wider perspective when dealing with my current cases.”
When asked what she likes most about her role, Gabriela explains, “I am passionate about helping people and securing a good settlement for them, especially when they were seriously injured. It is very rewarding winning a very complex personal injury claim especially when there are multiple Defendants and liability is firmly disputed by all parties.”
“I like the varied nature of the work and learning something new every day. I enjoy the adversarial aspect of litigation and the process of helping clients build their case which will eventually help them right wrongs.”
“It is very important to me to have a good relationship with my clients and empathise with them as I understand that having injuries sustained from an accident can be a traumatic experience for them.”
Gabriela believes in attention to detail as the key to wining a case and ensure her clients are fully updated and understand the issues with their case. She also highlights how negotiation skills are essential part of the role, to ensure her clients get the best settlements. Gabriela emphasis, “I always try to go the extra mile for my clients and make sure there are happy with my work.”
Gabriela has over 7 years’ experience in dealing with personal injury claims. Gabriela obtained her Law and Criminology degree at Nottingham Trent University and went on to Qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.
