James Lovesay is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability department at Express Solicitors, having joined the firm in October 2015.

When asked what he enjoys most about his role at Express Solicitors, James answered: “I enjoy being able to help clients who find themselves in difficulty following their accidents.  It is satisfying to know that at the conclusion of a case you have left a client in a much better position with their health and finances.”

James believes that good organisation and time management skills are keys to success, as it promotes efficiency and effectiveness and allows the provision of the best possible service to any client. James has worked hard to ensure that this is one of his biggest strengths.

James graduated from the University of Leicester in 2006 with an LLB in Law; he then went on to complete an LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester whilst working as a Litigation Executive. James qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and was one of the first people to be offered a training contract at his previous firm.
