Nicole Savage is a Trainee Solicitor in the Road Traffic department at Express Solicitors, having initially joined the firm’s New Client Team in October 2014. Nicole works alongside Partner, Rachel Flannigan, on her caseload of higher value, technical RTA claims and will be learning from her experience within this field. In addition to this, Nicole also runs her own caseload of portal RTA cases.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role at Express, Nicole answered: “I enjoy knowing that I am helping to make a difference to an injured person’s life. After being involved in an accident, people are often at their most vulnerable. I enjoy liaising with clients to reassure them about legal processes which they may not be familiar with and helping to ensure that they receive the compensation they deserve.
“I also like working on such a varied caseload as not only does it make each day interesting, it is advantageous for me to be able to develop experience on a wide range of legal issues.”
Nicole believes that client care is paramount and she always ensures that her clients know that she is on the end of the phone if they do have any questions or concerns. Nicole explains: “The claim process can be daunting and I think that it is important for my clients to feel that they have my support every step of the way.”
Before joining Express Solicitors, Nicole studied Law at Salford University. She then went on to complete an LPC at the University of Law in Manchester. Nicole has also spent time working as a Contracts and Intellectual Property Manager for an SME in the nuclear industry.
