Rabia Khan is a Litigation Executive in the Road Traffic Accidents department at Express Solicitors, having initially joined the firms New Clients Team in November 2017 before being promoted to her current role in August 2018.

When asked about her role, Rabia commented, “My job involves dealing with a variety of cases that can sometimes be challenging. But a strong and cohesive team makes it possible to tackle each one. I love being a part of a firm that continually demands excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment.”

I am easy going by nature with a good understanding as to how to serve the clients by working and communicating with them to satisfy their expectations. My experience has not only equipped me with all the necessary skills required to form successful relationships with clients but has also shown me how to make them feel valued. As a courteous, knowledgeable and supportive individual, I can respond to all client’s queries in a timely manner. I always ensure that I listen to clients and go the extra mile to understand their problems and needs and provide the best possible solution I can. I never underestimate the difference I can make in the lives of others. I want to step forward, reach out and help.”

Rabia completed her LLB Degree at Bolton University, her LLM in Immigration & Human Rights and has also completed her LPC at Manchester Metropolitan University where she received a scholarship for her outstanding results. Rabia has spent 8 years at University despite being a full-time mother.

Rabia currently lives in Manchester having moved here from Glasgow in Scotland, Rabia commented, “I can actually say moving to Manchester was the best decision of my life. I absolutely love Manchester.”

During her spare time Rabia likes to keep herself busy with her family and friends and has a passion for interior design – “Not many people know this, but I am a very good interior designer. I help my family and friends on colour schemes furniture etc. I love decorating houses. I believe simple home decor can make such a big difference in your house. I love being approached by family and friends whenever they move to a new house or want to redecorate.  Besides that, keeping fit has become my real passion now and I regularly go to gym trying to keep myself active. I also enjoy socialising with friends, bowling and going to the cinema.
